Mustard is, like salt, an essential at the table in eastern France.  Impossible to imagine grilled beef, pork or lamb or Alsace sauerkraut without mustard at the table.  As important as salt and pepper.  The capital of French mustard production is Dijon, the northern capital of Burgundy.  Our experience includes a visit to a mustard factory where you will follow the production from seed to condiment.  And of course a meal where you will taste various mustards with local specialties.  This experience is great for groups, families and couples.
