Registration is confirmed with a deposit of €1.000. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 months prior to departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Diners Club not accepted). Travel, health, and luggage insurance is not included and is required for participation. Registration is completed by filling in the online form and submitting a passport copy along with deposit confirmation. Completing the registration constitutes full agreement with all trip conditions and the company's general terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations in writing up to 3 months before departure will receive a full refund, minus a €200 handling fee per participant. Cancellations up to 2 months before departure will be refunded (subtract the deposit). No refunds for cancellations made later than 2 months before departure. In case the tour is canceled by the organizers, all payments will be fully refunded. Full cancellation terms are detailed in the trip description and company policy.
