Sausages, prosciutto, jambon de Bayonne, jamon Iberico, Pata Negra.  Almost every wine growing region has a local ham or sausage.  Our experience will take you to see the animals in their free-range homes and then visit the producers who produce the delicious hams and sausages from their animals.  You will see how the animals are respected from their start to finish and you will be able to thank them at table with a delicious meal complemented by local wines.   An excellent experience for families, groups and couples.
