Frequently Asked Questions
We can organize tours for one person or for up to 20 people. The experience is especially rewarding when couples and friends travel
together.
Not necessarily. We will provide expert guides with your agreement when we feel it will enhance your experience, or when required for private access to a winery or a museum.
We will work within your budget to every degree possible.
Absolutely! We will make sure that you are comfortable in all of the restaurants and private homes you visit.
This depends entirely on your wishes and plans.
We can organize a quick “hop” to a winery or two, a culinary center, an olive oil press or behind-the-scenes restaurant visit in any city where you are staying, or plan a complete itinerary from arrival to departure for as many days as you want.
We highly recommend hiring a driver when you are visiting wine
regions. Drinking and driving is very dangerous and the laws and
regulations in most countries are very strict and unforgiving. For
visits other than visits to wineries we can help organize rental cars of
any kind for you.
Even though our trips are based around the culture of wine, we offer a whole menu of expieriences that may include visits to olive oil presses, barrel makers, quintessential restaurants, cheese makers, local farms, art museums and architectural sites of importance. You will be able to participate in important local and seasonal activities such as truffle hunting or festivals such as the Palio in Siena and the Bordeaux
wine fairs.
Contact us, tell us your wishes and what excites you, and we’ll plan
the trip with you, tailored to your wishes, your budget and the time
you have available.
